Member of five in our company made us run our business online through only two social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp). Perhaps, online platforms such as Youtube, Etsy and Shopee can be used to greatly increase our exposure and attract more potential customers. Other than that, we can also try to sell our products through vendors and shops when the pandemic situation allows us to do so
Besides that, due to the time constraints that differed among our company members, our company did not have a proper and systematic schedule in updating our content such as promotions, product updates and other marketing strategies on our social media platforms. Therefore, we believe that with consistent updates, we can gain more attention and new customers.
Previously, our financial limitation has inhibited us from getting more materials to produce a larger quantity of our Nasi Ayam Penyet. Hence, we believe that we can produce larger amount of products with the profit we have gained.
Also, we believe that by offering a chance for our customers to give feedback on our products may help identify flaws in our products and make room for more improvement. Thus, this might greatly attract more potential customers.
